Refund and Returns Policy
If there’s an issue with your order, I won’t leave you hanging!
Print Returns
Prints may be returned within 2 days of arrival if there is an issue with the product.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds cover the cost of the print only, not the original delivery fee
- Prints must be returned in their original, undamaged condition
As per UK consumer protection laws, shipping fees on returned items are not covered by Sebastian Dean Art unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Original Artwork Returns
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original paintings, returns are not accepted unless previously discussed and agreed upon with me directly.
If your original artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photographs. I will work with you to resolve the issue—your satisfaction truly matters to me.
Commission Returns & Refunds
Commissioned artwork is created specifically for you and tailored to your individual vision. Because of this personal nature:
- No returns are accepted on commissioned pieces
- No refunds on the 50% deposit if you decide to pull out of the commission after work has begun
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photographs of the damage
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
All original artworks and prints are carefully packaged, and I want them to arrive in perfect condition.

Include your order number and reason for return, and I’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
